Getting back on the horse

I said 2013 was going to be my year but alas life gets in the way.The first week of January I exercised nearly everyday but as the days went by  I had to start studying for my exams and exercising was the last thing on my mind ; but now that the exams are finally over I'm getting back on the horse.
Falling off the horse has thought me a lot of things.It has thought me that.....




 I have to manage my time , like I had nearly 6 weeks off college to study but I only started studying in my last week off and the test where not that hard , they were a repeat of pass exams  and  if only I had started studying the week I got off I would have done way better but now I think I will only barely pass.


I should change bit but bit not to fast because it can be exhausting , I know I want to get fit but exercising 2 hours a day to someone that was not used to doing that is pushing my body to the limits,I should start with  maybe 45 minutes a day and then when i start getting stronger i should do an hour of exercise and so on...



 Everyone makes mistakes and that's okay ,we are all human and we can learn from them.
