A fresh new start

I made a post ages ago with my new year resolutions and it turns out i did none of them,which is disappointing . At the beginning of the new year i was so excited i thought this was the year i would final complete my resolutions but it turned out i did not.So now i have decide to start over again ;today will be my new new year and i will make some new resolutions...


  1. do better in university
  2.  become healthy
  3.  be a vegetarian for 30 days
  4. spend my money wisely
  5. be more friendly and approachable
  6. Read 100 books in a year 


Also in another post i said i was recommitting to fitness but sadly i failed ,so today also i am re recommitting to getting fit.

Running fail

So today i decided to start with my running plan.So i went all the way to town to buy myself some leggings . After coming all the way from town i changed into my workout clothes . I wore my legging ,my runners and a really big top even though it was hot outside.So i went to the park which is about 10 mins away for my house but i couldn't run because...

  • i brought a side bag  because i had no pockets and i didn't know where to put my phone. it was to hot to wear a hoody so every time i ran my bag kept on jingling  and going all over the place.
  • i wore a normal bra instead of a sports bra and if you are a girl you know what happened.
  • i forgot my watch like the running programe i doing says i have to run 1 min and walk for 90 seconds and it was to much trouble using my phone as a timer.
Even though today's running experience was a fail i now know what i have to bring next time.

Running plan and Workout plan

I think one of the most important thing to do when becoming fit is to make a plan.A plan is like a foundation without it everything would collapse.

So i looked through the internet and came up with some plans that would suit me.First i had to find a running plan because my mam challenge me to a race in two months time and if i won she said she would give me some money(i definitely need to win since i'm flat broke).

There where actually a lot of running plans on internet and here are some for beginners

i don't know what i will do on Saturdays but Sundays are my resting days.

Breaking promises and recommitting

In my last post i promised myself i would get back on the horse but sadly i broke this promise. These months have literally gone by and still i have done nothing.I gained more weight, failed more tests and just sat around doing nothing.Like in my first post i was like 2013 was going to be my year but what lies i told myself.I have not kept any of my new year resolutions and it is now half way through the year and i have done nothing (ahhhhhhhhh).i'm basically wasting my life.so today i decided to recommit  to my resolutions.Better late than never.Summer is here and no more uni (Yeeeeeaaaah).


I know i'm so happy.I should be outside enjoying myself this summer but no so far i have locked myself in my room and spend all day sleeping and watching YouTube video but now i going to spend more doing other things than watching YouTube videos.

Getting back on the horse

I said 2013 was going to be my year but alas life gets in the way.The first week of January I exercised nearly everyday but as the days went by  I had to start studying for my exams and exercising was the last thing on my mind ; but now that the exams are finally over I'm getting back on the horse.
Falling off the horse has thought me a lot of things.It has thought me that.....




 I have to manage my time , like I had nearly 6 weeks off college to study but I only started studying in my last week off and the test where not that hard , they were a repeat of pass exams  and  if only I had started studying the week I got off I would have done way better but now I think I will only barely pass.


I should change bit but bit not to fast because it can be exhausting , I know I want to get fit but exercising 2 hours a day to someone that was not used to doing that is pushing my body to the limits,I should start with  maybe 45 minutes a day and then when i start getting stronger i should do an hour of exercise and so on...



 Everyone makes mistakes and that's okay ,we are all human and we can learn from them.
