2013 New Year Resolution Ideas

Yeah another new year , a new beginning, a new start.So these past few years I never kept my new year resolutions  but this year is going to be the year.



So today I spend the evening looking for new year resolutions idea and I actual stumbled across some good websites. Hopefully the help someone out.

So far my new year resolutions for the year are

  1. Brush up on my French
  2. Be more healthy
  3. Get fit
  4. Learn to dance
  5. To do the 50 book challenge
  6. Spend my money wisely
  7. Be a vegetarian for 30 days
  8. Be more friendly and approachable
  9. Organize my things
  10. Volunteer for a non profit organazation
  11. To do better in college

Motivation

So this week i made a new Pinterest  account and it was one of the best decisions I made in a long time and because of it I found lots of great fitness website.So I have decided that I'm going to use this blog to review fitness things that I find on the internet and buy.Hopefully this will help someone out.It would make me happy knowing that I made a difference to someone.
So far on this journey I have discovered one of the most important things when getting fit is MOTIVATION. Without motivation it would be hard to start working out.Motivation is the thing that makes us wake up at 6 am to go for a run,it's what makes us eat disgusting healthy food instead of delicious junk food.

The beginning

2012 was a really stressful year for me, and  because of this I have gained so much weight.I can not fit into half of my clothes,yeah depressing.So I have decide to loss weight starting from today I'm going to be more healthy  which means i'm going to eat right and actual exercise.This whole year I have not exercised one single bit.
I know it crazy trying to lose weight during Christmas week but  I keep on putting this off and if I don't do it now it is just going to get worse. This is going to be so hard because there is so much food around me.So much biscuits and cupcakes.I'm now getting hungry thinking about them.There are so much cupcakes everywhere and I'm in love with cupcakes.You should see the ones they have in Spar so much icing ,so frosty and creamy and they have smarties on top.Okay i have to stop  talking about cupcakes !!!
